Veterans — No Representation Required
A thorough, flat-fee review of your existing VA disability claim — including evidence review, forms review, and a written professional opinion on viability. $500.
Many veterans know something is wrong with their VA claim — a denial that doesn't make sense, a rating that doesn't match their condition, a process that feels opaque — but aren't sure whether the situation warrants hiring an attorney for full representation.
The VA Claims Review Service is designed for exactly that situation. For a flat fee of $500, Attorney Washington conducts a thorough review of your existing disability claim and provides a written opinion on where the claim stands, what issues are present, and what your realistic options are.
This is a no-representation service. The firm reviews your materials and provides a professional opinion. No attorney-client relationship for ongoing representation is formed through this service alone — but many clients who receive a review use it as the basis for a subsequent representation engagement if one is warranted.
Flat fee. Payable before the review begins. No additional charges. If the review identifies grounds for representation and you proceed with a full engagement, the $500 fee is credited toward the representation retainer at the firm's discretion.
Contact the firm through the form below or by phone. You will be asked to provide your most recent VA rating decision, any relevant medical records you have, and a brief description of the issue you want reviewed. The review is typically completed within 10–14 business days of receiving your materials.
Request a Claims ReviewIf your Claims Review identified grounds for an appeal, contact the firm to discuss full representation on a contingency basis.
